Company to move forward with plans to regain its listing on the OTC Exchange

Today, Nexicon (PNK: NXCN - News), a leading supplier of anti-piracy and network security solutions announces that a third-party investor has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all of the rights, title, and interest to the company's outstanding notes due to YA Global Advisors, L.P., (f/k/a Cornell Capital Partners, L.P.).

"We thank YA Global Advisors for their support over the past seven years," said Richard Urrea, Nexicon CEO. "The new arrangement with our investor supports our primary objectives, to become the world's leading supplier of anti-piracy and network security solutions while enhancing shareholder value."

The company will now work towards regaining the listing of its common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Further details regarding the timing of these activities will be released separately.
