Consumer food brands and their agencies are always looking for alternative ways to build media relationships and draw attention to their clients' products, making Food Fete one of the best ways to do that and more in two energetic hours.

Food Fete, the exclusive press event that showcases new gourmet food, beverage and kitchenware products to the food and lifestyle media, will produce its fourth annual summer media event on Monday, June 30, 2008 in New York City.

Though Food Fete's summer event is already more than 50 percent sold out, it is currently accepting exhibitor applications from gourmet food, beverage and kitchenware companies wanting to introduce their newest, trend-setting products to the press. Brands and their PR agencies may visit the Food Fete blog to download the exhibitor application and event brochure.

Last summer, nearly 90 journalists attended Food Fete, including editors from O, The Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Food & Wine, Every Day With Rachael Ray, Real Simple, SELF, Ladies' Home Journal and AOL Food. With more than 50 editors already on the media RSVP list, Food Fete expects press attendance to exceed 100 this summer.

"Food Fete has earned its place as the must-attend media event for launching new food, beverage and kitchenware products," said Jeff Davis, Food Fete founder and producer. "Consumer food brands and their agencies are always looking for alternative ways to build media relationships and draw attention to their clients' products, making Food Fete one of the best ways to do that and more in two energetic hours." Only 35 exhibitors will participate in Food Fete, adding to the event's exclusivity and media appeal.

Food Fete Sponsors
Current Food Fete sponsors include Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Frey, which will sponsor the media gift bag. Food Fete's bar sponsors include U'Luvka premium Polish vodka, PAMA pomegranate liqueur and Mount Gay Rum. Additional sponsorship opportunities are still available.
