Oakland-based Mariposa Baking Company launches new gluten-free products in their new dedicated gluten-free baking facility.
"We built our bakery to expand our gluten-free offerings and to create all of our products in a completely gluten-free environment," says founder Patti Furey-Crane. "Many of our customers have celiac disease or are severely gluten-intolerant and the only products they can eat are those made in a strictly gluten-free facility."

The newest gluten-free products coming to stores in March are Mariposa's sour cream coffeecake and coconut lemon squares. These baked goods complement Mariposa's current offerings, biscotti and brownies, which are available in natural food stores throughout North America.
