Kevin Hobson brings over 18 years of experience in the UPS industry to the H.M. Cragg Co. team, including 11 years as an Applications Engineer.
Kevin gained valuable experience from his years on the front line at Best Power and Powerware. He enjoys helping customers identify the correct information regarding Power Quality issues and finding the right solutions to troubling problems.
Gene Abraham, with over fourteen years in the UPS industry, has almost done it all. During his tenure at Best Power and Powerware, Gene held roles in Application Support, Marketing and Sales Management.
In addition, he designed and implemented a sales tool to track and manage reseller projects. Gene enjoys working with resellers providing problem-solving solutions and helping them develop successful marketing plans for their customers.
Brady Wilkens has over 12 years experience in direct sales and customer relations. Brady's UPS career began at Powerware. During the past four years he has gained a wealth of UPS knowledge and experience by working with the best resellers in the industry.
