Amy Vetter, CPA, CITP, a former So. FL Bus. Journal 'Up & Comer' Winner and President of AV Accounting, has launched the FL office of Technology In A Box, LLC. The new venture is TIABs fifth U.S. location. Under Vetter's stewardship, Technology In A Box FL, Intuit's first solution provider and a leading provider of all QuickBooks products and services, will specialize in developing standardized accounting and reporting systems franchisors and other multi-state businesses.

Amy Vetter, CPA/CITP, President of AV Accounting Services Inc. in Weston, FL, will be running the Florida operation of Technology In A Box, LLC, a leading business solutions company based in the Mid-West and serving clients around the country. Lisa McCarthy, an Executive Director with Technology In A Box made the announcement, "We've been discussing expanding to Florida for some time, and with Amy leading our Florida office, we are now able to offer our clients Fractional Controllership and Outsourced Bookkeeping services, in addition to QuickBooks® Consulting and Training. Technology In A Box is considered by Intuit as it's First Solution Provider offering QuickBooks Enterprise, Point of Sale and Technology solutions and services. Vetter will remain President of AV Accounting Services, the company she founded in 2001, where she specializes in operational accounting and finance support, including QuickBooks and other third party application set-up, implementation, training and trouble-shooting. AV Accounting Services will continue to provide fractional controllership and bookkeeping services to businesses in the South Florida tri-county area.

Vetter was awarded South Florida Business Journal's Up & Comer Award in 2007 for her expertise in accounting. Her public accounting experience includes tenure with KPMG, LLP, as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Vetter is an accomplished author of QuickBooks reference materials and is an education provider, having served as an Adjunct Professor and Guest Speaker for many universities and organizations. She is a national and local speaker on QuickBooks training topics for consultants and software application users, in addition to being a contributor and speaker for Intuit's courses for Certification and Training of QuickBooks ProAdvisors.

Vetter earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and has achieved the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation awarded by the AICPA. Vetter is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, as well as being a Certified QuickBooks Enterprise and Point of Sale ProAdvisor. She is a member of Intuit's Speaker's Bureau, Intuit's Certified Trainer Network and was recognized by The CPA Technology Advisor as an outstanding 40 under 40 technology-based Accountant. Vetter is also a participant in the Accountant and Advisory Customer Council for Intuit, Inc., 2006-2008.
