Pioneer of 1031 Tenant-In-Common Exchanges Launches New Enterprise

Grant Conness, a leading broker of 1031 exchange investments nationwide, has launched a real- estate service firm, 1031 Alternatives Group, LLC. This new company will help owners of highly-appreciated assets and their trusted advisors develop a plan that will permit them to relinquish tax-burdened assets more efficiently and acquire superior commercial real-estate investments.

Hollywood, FL (PRWEB) February 29, 2008 -- Grant Conness, a leading broker of 1031 exchange investments nationwide, has launched a real- estate service firm, 1031 Alternatives Group, LLC. This new company will help owners of highly-appreciated assets and their trusted advisors develop a plan that will permit them to relinquish tax-burdened assets more efficiently and acquire superior commercial real-estate investments.

Conness has introduced scores of investors and the real-estate community to 1031 exchanges and Tenant-in-Common investments. He considers himself a pioneer of 1031 TIC exchanges on the East Coast and has been successful in assisting in the acquisition of over $100 million of institutional-quality real estate on behalf of affluent property owners and 1031 exchange investors around the United States.

There are 78 million baby boomers set to retire and many of them have substantial real estate assets
1031 Alternatives Group will build upon Conness's extensive industry expertise while keeping clients informed of new investment opportunities that may emerge. Conness has developed strong strategic alliances with a diverse group of real-estate sponsors and experienced 1031 exchange professionals in order to provide his investors and planning partners with first-class service and quality real-estate alternatives. Although the company will primarily assist exchange investors with finding superior Tenant-In-Common replacement properties, 1031 Alternatives Group will also advise clients on investing in public, non-traded real estate investment trusts, limited partnerships, mortgage-note programs and sole-ownership, private real estate acquisitions.

"There are 78 million baby boomers set to retire and many of them have substantial real estate assets," says Conness. "We can help those seasoned investors and business owners who no longer desire to actively manage their assets yet want to attain potential growth and income through tax-deferred vehicles."

Prior to launching 1031 Alternatives Group, Conness had been in charge of Costa Financial Securities, Inc.'s 1031 exchange-investment business. He is also an active member of the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA) and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal. Conness holds securities registrations as a general securities representative and uniform securities agent through Pacific West Securities, Inc., an independent broker-dealer through which licensed financial representatives offer a wealth of investment vehicles, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
