Broadcasting live on Thursday, March 6, at 12pm Pacific (3pm Eastern), Marcia Bench, career expert, author and founding director of the Career Coach Institute, will lead an expert panel discussion on the new book, "Career Contentment: Don't Settle For Anything Less", on "Career Contentment Radio" on the VoiceAmerica Business Channel.

The new book, "Career Contentment: Don't Settle For Anything Less" published by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), says chasing after job satisfaction is a futile goal, because employees don't have control over the people and factors that make them satisfied, such as salary, benefits, a good boss, and favorable working conditions. More important is career contentment, which comes from within and enables you to be resilient, self-sufficient, and fulfilled doing work that's meaningful, challenging, and rewarding.

Led by Marcia Bench, career expert, author and founding director of the Career Coach Institute, the following panel of experts will explore this topic: Dr. Richard G. Petty, MD, author and specialist in psychiatry; Dr. Bradley Hall, author and industrial psychologist; and Dean Walsh, a specialist in performance improvement consulting.
