Promero Adds Voxeo's Proven Speech-Enabled Self Service Offering to Its portfolio award-winning VoiceXML platform. Voxeo solutions enables customers the ability to easily build and deploy Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.

Promero announced today the addition of Voxeo's standards-based Prophecy voice platform to its portfolio of industry-leading contact center solutions. Voxeo's proven platform enables Promero to offer both hosted and premise-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications that improve customer service and lower costs.

"Voxeo's flexible SIP voice platform provides easy, straightforward integration with Promero's other offerings, including Contact Center Anywhere and Siebel CRM," said Gregg Troyanowski, president of Promero, "The battle-tested solution enables Promero to deliver high-quality voice applications and deployment options that meet a wide range of customer needs."

Prophecy integrates with products such as Contact Center Anywhere via SIP, enabling a fully speech-enabled IVR application with no additional telephony hardware. Furthermore, Prophecy's easy-to-use, web-based graphical Designer enables Contact Centers to create and modify powerful speech applications from anywhere at anytime, dramatically improving the contact center's ability to control their applications compared to existing complex application creation tools.

Voxeo recently announced its position in the Visionaries Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals, 2008 report (1). Voxeo's placement is based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.

Voxeo's Prophecy platform received Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Internet Telephony Magazine 2007 Product of the Year Award. Before Prophecy, most telephony application platforms were complex "cast iron" systems that pre-dated the open era of the web. In stark contrast, Prophecy is built entirely on modern standards including VoiceXML, CCXML and SIP. The Voxeo platform has been used by over 30,000 developers and hundreds of customers ranging from members of the Fortune 50 to the most innovative SMB clients.

"Promero's is committed to providing the highest quality products to the call center and customer care industry," added Troyanowski. "This commitment is reinforced by the addition of Voxeo and its voice recognition products. We are very pleased to be affiliated with this successful company."
