The "Winemakers Series Wine Camp" fourth year anniversary season and 16th session is scheduled March 13th-16, April 17th-20th and May 29th - June 1st . The two (2) spring wine camps are dedicated to the Slow Food Movement, an international movement that began in Italy and has spread worldwide. Slow Food USA believes that pleasure and quality in everyday life can be achieved by slowing down, respecting the hospitable traditions of the table and celebrating the diversity of the earth's bounty. Our local chapter of Slow Food celebrates local farmers, wineries and artisans of the East End. A contribution will be made to the East End Slow Food Organization, to fund Junior Slow Food programs in local schools.

The package price is $829 per person, based on double occupancy, with special rates for single wine campers and groups. Slow Food members can save $200 per couple by attending the March & April sessions for only $729 per person. All-inclusive:
