Mr. Chenevich has had a distinguished career in the financial services industry. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp, a position he has held since the merger of Firstar Corporation and U.S. Bancorp in February 2001. At that time he assumed responsibility for all of the Technology and Operations Services for U.S. Bancorp.

Mr. Chenevich served as Vice Chairman of Technology and Operations Services of Firstar Corporation from 1999 to 2001. Prior to joining Firstar he was Group Executive Vice President at Visa International. In addition to Auctionpay, he currently serves on the boards of directors for VeriSign and Regence BlueCross BlueShield. Mr. Chenevich holds a B.B.A. degree in Business from the City College of New York and a M.B.A. degree in Management from the City University of New York.
