TruStile Doors is preparing to open a new $3.3 million facility this spring in Adams County in the Denver Metro area.

It's exciting to grow in an otherwise depressed housing and construction market. We owe our success to our unique product offering, manufacturing flexibility and talented staff.

Despite a deteriorating real estate market and a slow economy for residential homebuilders, Adams County's TruStile® Doors is experiencing strong growth and is preparing to open a new $3.3 million facility this spring. Committed to sustainable development, TruStile is fully refurbishing an aging building in North Denver, which will provide corporate office space and act as a new packaging and shipping facility.

"We're proud to say that TruStile calls Adams County home," says Frank Gray, vice president of business development at Adams County Economic Development, Inc. "The relationship we've developed with the company is one that benefits Adams County and its workforce. TruStile is an asset to both our economy and our community."

Since its founding in 1995, TruStile has grown into a national player in the building products industry. Manufacturing made-to-order architectural doors for commercial and residential projects, TruStile distributes its products nationwide. TruStile's stylish custom doors grace the interior and exterior entries of high-end custom homes and premiere properties like the five-star, five-diamond Wynn Las Vegas casino resort and the luxurious Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

"Adams County has been good to us, and has offered a competitive incentive package to help us purchase and refurbish this new facility. We have a strong relationship with Adams County Economic Development, and have supported the community with our consistently increasing revenue and job growth," says TruStile President and CEO Scott Schmid. "It's exciting to grow in an otherwise depressed housing and construction market. We owe our success to our unique product offering, manufacturing flexibility and talented staff."

TruStile has achieved an average annual revenue growth of 25 percent since being purchased by current management in 2003, growing from 140 to over 300 employees during that time. The company currently runs two manufacturing facilities in Adams County, and owns an additional, rail-served storage facility in Denver County. TruStile's management team expects the new building to support the company's continued success over the next five years.
