Agentrics Launches Collaborative Scorecarding and Reporting Solution for Better Business Insights and Performance

Agentrics today announced the availability of Agentrics Collaborative Performance Management (CPM). Retailers and suppliers will use Agentrics CPM as a business intelligence platform and management dashboard that includes interactive reporting tools to track, measure and improve supply chain performance all the way down to the item level.

Retailers and suppliers will use Agentrics CPM as a business intelligence platform and management dashboard that includes interactive reporting tools to track, measure and improve supply chain performance all the way down to the item level. As the newest addition to its collaborative supply chain offerings, Agentrics CPM is built on the MicroStrategy 8™ platform from McLean, Va.-based MicroStrategy, a leading business intelligence software firm.

Agentrics CPM allows users to easily customize the dashboard to access performance data from virtually any application and present the information in colorful, intuitive graphics and reports. Other features include:

  • Unlimited data configurations to design custom reports, views and drill-downs.

Agentrics hosts the software as a service (SaaS) so implementation is quick and requires minimal IT involvement. Agentrics also offers expert consulting services to help customers define, develop and implement scorecards and reports.

Early customers include more than 40 suppliers that now can automatically generate daily reports from a leading retailer's sales and receipt forecasts, which eliminates a formerly manual process.
