TSOT, Inc., a Toronto-based company that builds scalable peer-to-peer networks, will host the third TSOT Ruby on Rails Project Night this Tuesday March 11, 2008. This unique gathering for Toronto's programming community brings together the brightest minds in Ruby and Ruby on Rails development, promising to deliver another rich offering of presentations this Tuesday March 11.

This month's TSOT Ruby on Rails Project Night will feature both practical and professional applications in Ruby on Rails, including two unique projects from local developers. For the technical crowd, Mike Bowler will return to share his wisdom on 'Exploring the magic behind dynamic finders: diving into ActiveRecord::Base.method_missing'. Next, Robin Ward and Mike Drach will share their experience with "RJS: a love and hate affair" in their work with the online RPG forumwarz.com. Finally, our feature presenter for the evening Ilya Grigorik will offer his expertise on "Taming the RSS beast", demonstrating his work with aideRSS.com. As in past events, the audience will have ample opportunity to ask questions and seek advice from some of the brightest minds in the programming community, providing an excellent opportunity to network with other Toronto tech professionals.

The third TSOT Ruby on Rails Project Night takes place this Tuesday March 11th, 2008, in the TSOT development office at 151 Bloor Street West, Toronto. Doors open at 5:30pm and presentations begin at 6:00pm. This event is free but space is limited; if you are interested in attending, please reserve your spot by emailing corina.newby@tsotinc.com.
