Global Bay and Soliton Enter into Partnership to Bring Enterprise Mobility to Japanese Market

Global Bay Mobile Technologies, Inc., a provider of award winning mobile enterprise applications solutions, and Soliton Systems, K.K., a leading supplier of enterprise networking and IT security, including mobile applications in Japan, have announced their strategic alliance to bring Global Bay's AccessPoint Mobile Information Management System to the Japanese Market. As part of this agreement, Soliton Systems will function as Global Bay's representative company in Japan and will be authorized to provide Global Bay's product in addition to support and training to end users and resellers in the Japanese Market.

Global Bay's Mobile Information Management System delivers an enterprise class platform allowing companies to convert paper forms and manual processes to mobile applications. With Global Bay's product, organizations ranging from small businesses to large Fortune 500 industry leaders have created mobile applications that increase the productivity of mobile workers, while helping to ensure profitability and compliance to company processes.
