Richard D. Tuschman is a partner with the national law firm of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the firm's Miami office. He is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Florida Bar, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Tuschman regularly represents employers in wage and hour actions in both federal and state courts. Mr. Tuschman earned a B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. degree with honors from the George Washington University School of Law.
Ana Reynaldos Frey, CCP for nearly 20 years has honed her skills and expertise specifically in the field of human resources specializing in compensation. As a consultant, Frey assists a broad range of companies in building strategies to meet both short and long term compensation objectives and goals. Her clientele list in the financial services industry includes commercial banks, credit unions and insurance companies. It also includes such entities as retail, hospitality, broadcasting, education and nonprofit.
Frey holds a Bachelor of Business with a minor in Personnel from Florida International University. She earned the designation of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), from WorldatWork, formerly the American Compensation Association.
