Interaction Associates (IA) will present a case study on developing leaders and driving collaboration at Kaiser Permanente, a national health care network. The webinar is hosted by the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM), the world's leading clearinghouse for the HRIM (Human Resource Information Management) industry.
The IA webinar will be held at 10 am Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, and feature co-presenters Christopher Henry, of Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, and Bell Zeidman, of Interaction Associates, Inc.
The case study, titled "Blending Formal and Informal Learning to Drive Collaboration at Kaiser Permanente," will help attendees tackle the difficult task of accelerating development of today’s complex, global, dispersed workforce – and helping employees to collaborate across regional, role and functional barriers.

Christopher Henry is Senior Manager of Management Development within Kaiser Permanente's National Learning and Organizational Development Office. He leads the development and deployment of a national executive on-boarding process, the development and maintenance of an online KP executive resource tool, the administration of several national leadership development programs for middle management and lead design and deployment manager for a KP enterprise-wide learning curriculum.
