About the Author
Bishop Robert Pryor was very active in the Washington, D.C. community and won numerous awards from the Mayor's office for his service. This included his involvement with the Citywide Spelling Bee sponsored by the Washington Informer. He has also been published in The Washington Post. Bishop Pryor also traveled with a group of Clergy to Turkey to assist in freeing the hostages from Iran. Pryor dictated his story to his daughter, Emma Pryor. Pryor passed away August 28, 2007.
