"Eye on Entertainment" Cable Television Show Launches New Website
"Eye on Entertainment" (EOE), a cable television show shown on Channel 98 in Orange and Los Angeles Counties through Time Warner Cable, has launched a new website at www.eye-on-entertainment.com. Huntington Beach, CA (PRWEB) March 7, 2008 -- "Eye on Entertainment" (EOE), a cable television show shown on Channel 98 in Orange and Los Angeles Counties through Time Warner Cable, has launched a new website at www.eye-on-entertainment.com. "Eye on Entertainment", is a high-energy, high-impact program that covers a wide variety of events and award shows. The show features powerhouse interviews with successful people in all walks of life. The EOE hosts go beyond the superficial and explore the traits that successful people have demonstrated to accomplish outstanding achievements.
The original executive producer of "Eye on Entertainment" was Ken Huthmaker, who introduced the show in 2000. Ken was a fixture in the entertainment business and around Hollywood for over 40 years, and he considered himself fortunate to be able to meet and photograph many exciting and memorable people. He photographed John F. Kennedy, Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, Eleanor Roosevelt, Muhammad Ali, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Debbie Reynolds and many others. Ken was an accomplished and talented photographer and videographer for many television shows and pageants. He also worked for the City of Gardena and as a staff writer for Palos Verdes Estates' Peninsula News. Sadly, Ken passed away in May 2007.
Dawna Lee Heising was a host for Ken on "Eye on Entertainment" and has continued the show as executive producer in Ken's honor. Dawna is Ms. World 2008 and is a long-time member of the Screen Actor's Guild. She appeared on "Fantasy Island", "The New Gidget", "The Jagged Edge", "The Young and the Restless" and other shows, and was featured as Cleo the Snake Dancer on the last "Magnum P.I." She was a member of the Friends & Artists equity waiver theatre group in Hollywood for many years. Dawna has a B.S in Business Management and MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in Business Management from Pacific Western University. As well as serving as the executive producer of "Eye on Entertainment, she works as a marketing professional for a leading international software company.
The director of photography, cinematography & webmaster for "Eye on Entertainment" is David McNeil. David is widely known for his professional photography. He is a former executive of United Artists Entertainment and is listed in Who's Who in America as one of the original developers of the Pay-Per-View television concept. He is the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for a leading brokerage. He is active in the creation and implementation of various marketing events for the American Electronics Association. David is a member of Mensa and a member of the MensaPROCESS Think Tank. He is active with a number of non-profit organizations and hosts his own community website www.Canyonlife.com. David launched the new "Eye on Entertainment" website, www.eye-on-entertainment.com in March of this year.
The producer and director of "Eye on Entertainment" is John Cox, a leading staff member in the film and video department at Orange Coast College. He divides his time between his students and producing television shows for Time Warner. He currently has several shows in production including "The Storylady's Magic Book", "The Three Bears Show" and "Eye on Entertainment". His past films include "Super-Heroes", "Guide Dogs of the Desert" and "The Filmmaker of Oz", among many others. John has degrees in filmmaking, television and electronics.
