Inventors and Entrepreneurs Now Have a New Way to Work Together

ISFWA (Inventor Society For World Advancement) is a new Society developed to bring innovative people together. By forming 300 local chapters integrated with a common website, members will be able to accomplish much more as a group than individually.

Rochester, MN (PRWEB) March 6, 2008 -- ISFWA (Inventor Society For World Advancement) is a new Society developed to bring innovative people together. By forming 300 local chapters integrated with a common website, members will be able to accomplish much more as a group than individually.

With 30+ years of experience in everything from Product Development to Real Estate Brokerage, Dave Welte, the founder of ISFWA has gained a vast amount of hands on experience. Dave says, "You must be passionate about what you are doing and be willing to get your own hands dirty" to really be able to develop a successful business. Dave also mentions that "having your own money on the table gives you more of an incentive to succeed."

Dave has worked in product development for both large and small companies. He has worked in the Private, Commercial and Defense sectors. He has worked on programs with budgets of several thousands of dollars to over $300,000,000. With primary back grounds in Tool and Model Making along with Computer Aided Design and Management, Dave has extensive knowledge in Manufacturing.

In the past, Dave has paid many "Professionals" in various fields to do work for him in areas he was not familiar. He found that in many cases he overpaid and received shoddy work. Most areas of business are not that hard to figure out on your own. It does take extra time, but in the long run it can be very advantageous to really know the nuances of what your are trying to accomplish. Having a group to work with from different backgrounds is a huge plus. The modern era of computers and the Internet really helps.

Dave has always loved researching and developing new ideas and businesses. Over the years he has found that usually the best way to go is to develop a network of people with like interests. Due to time, knowledge and financial limitations one person can only do so much. By working with a good group of people, things usually develop at a better pace.

ISFWA's main goal is to develop a network of privately owned Chapters throughout the U.S.A. and beyond. By locating Chapters in strategic areas we hope to be available to most people. We will want to work closely with local communities and to possibly create jobs through the development of ideas from the ISFWA Chapters.

Dave wants to help people reach their goals without having to "Sell The Farm". By using this unique method with ISFWA Chapters starting at the grass roots level, people will be able to develop ideas for new products, a new business or maybe just make new friends that have like ambitions.

Individuals that are not located near Chapters can become Online members. While it is obviously better to join a local Chapter to receive the full benefits of working with a group for the Synergy, it is still a step in the right direction. Online members will still be able to make contacts through the ISFWA main website.
