Hulme's primary responsibilities will be in developing THE ClubSM, DRI's innovative and flexible points-based vacation system, by providing a wider and improved range of member services and benefits worldwide.
Prior to her engagement with DRI in 2004, Hulme spent six years with MYTravel Group as IT Program Manager and 12 years with MFI Homeworks, the UK's leading national retailer of quality fitted furniture, where she was responsible for the development of operating processes for more than 185 retail outlets.
Hulme's promotion follows her successes as Operations and Human Resources Director for DRI's European operations where she stabilized and improved call center service levels, minimized attrition levels, grew travel revenue, developed DRI European member benefits and services, and gained industry recognition as runner-up for "Best Call Centre Retention Practice" second only to O2, one of the world's largest telephony companies.
