Inside Small Biz is a member-based organization for Small Business Owners who want to grow their businesses. Inside Small Biz recently announced its new list of services and programs for Small Business Owners to help them grow their businesses.

"The Small Business Owner has the toughest job of all," said Kae Wagner, president of the member-based, online company Inside Small Biz. "When you run a small business, you are the President, Sales guy, Operations guy, you have to track the money and you are supposed to take care of your employees. At the end of the day, it feels like you don't have anything left."

Wagner is keenly aware of what Small Business Owners need. As founder and CEO of North Star Marketing, she went through 19 years of early mornings, late nights and long days in between. Most days, she notes, were just a blur.

"Inside Small Biz is the kind of program and community that I wish I would have had when I was starting my business," notes Wagner, who still owns North Star Marketing, but does not run the daily business. "I would have given anything to have a seasoned advisor who could tell me what to do right and help me avoid the mistakes I've made."

Inside Small Biz was developed by Wagner to provide guidance and direction to Small Business Owners who need the kind of help she did. The program focuses on helping Small Business Owners in three ways: through on-line group participation in teleconferences and webinars, through marketing tactics done for the small business members and through individual consultation and peer groups.

"For less than the cost of a latte a day, Small Business Owners can join this program and community and see their businesses grow in ways they just wouldn't have had access to before Inside Small Biz." Wagner goes on to note that members benefit from the online community aspect as well as the learning because most Small Business Owners find that it's "lonely at the top."

"We hear so often that Small Business Owners have no one to talk to," says Wagner, "And, I really understand that. It's been the same thing for me over the years and finding kindred souls is very gratifying."

Membership to Inside Small Biz is based on company revenue size. The annual membership includes all online teleconferences and webinars as well as access to a Panel of Experts and many other benefits.

"What's really unique about our program," says Wagner," is that we also give our Small Business Owners real nuts and bolts help. For example, we do customer surveys, press releases, blogs and e-mail campaigns as part of the membership fee. That's more than most mid-size companies accomplish on their own!"

Wagner cited an example of a member who is a handbag designer who received a call from the fashion television show, Living In Style, the day after Inside Small Biz sent out her Press Release.
