"We have imported all of our client information into Soffront, and we are now using the product to create and distribute customized surveys.

Graham went on to explain that the Soffront query manager is a great resource in segmenting customer database. "This feature allows us to easily narrow down specific individuals for targeted marketing messages."

The survey module has also been an effective marketing tool at PrincetonOne. "We can send out regular surveys to customers, clients, and candidates," continued Graham. "Soffront provides us with a customized survey template that is branded appropriately and contains links to our website. Using this template, we are better able to ensure brand consistency in all of the surveys or messages we distribute."
