Documation LLC Adds Horauf 3-Knife Trimmer to Its Production Lineup

Machine is Market's Only On Demand Model Capable of Multi-Book Trimming

Paterson, NJ (PRWEB) March 9, 2008 -- Documation LLC, a full-service commercial printer, in Eau Claire, WI, recently purchased their second Horauf Demand 3-knife trimmer from Colter & Peterson and also had it installed by them.

With the purchase, Documation has now increased its on demand trimming of perfect bound books by adding the Horauf Demand 3-knife trimmer to its production lineup.

The Horauf Demand is the only off-line, hand-fed, 3-knife trimmer in the marketplace with on demand capability, according to Vince Payne, Vice President of Colter & Peterson's West Central territory in Des Moines, IA.

"It's also the only hand-fed 3-knife trimmer with computerized set-up controls capable of multi-book trimming available on the market today that I know of," says Payne.

The installation process at Documation was completed in less than two days including comprehensive training by a Colter & Peterson technician. Documation was well-acquainted with Colter & Peterson since they had previously purchased a used Horauf 3-knife trimmer from them just a year ago.
