Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 11, 2008
The Agency for Sports Ethics, LLC (ASE) and The Agency for Cycling Ethics, Inc. (ACE) announce that the companies have ended their relationship with Paul Scott, effective immediately. Paul Scott will no longer serve as an Officer or Director of either entity and has sold his ownership interests in both companies to existing stockholders.
As part of its initial and ongoing mission, ASE and ACE are committed to providing independent, third-party anti-doping monitoring services for its client teams, athletes and sponsors. There are a variety of business models now in the marketplace to help teams and athletes assure the regulatory bodies and the public that their athletes are competing drug-free - ACE believes that its model, in which the services are provided by an independent party and results are made available to the regulatory bodies, is the best approach.
Paul Strauss, CEO of ACE, said, "We respect Paul Scott's initial vision and desire to tackle the problem of doping in cycling and wish him every success in his future endeavors. ASE and ACE are committed to furthering their mission of providing independent solutions to tackle this problem in cycling and all sports."
