The PopCrunch Show, a celebrity news and gossip web video show with over a million viewers, has taken the risky leap from weekly to daily.

The viewer response to The PopCrunch Show been amazing, we get daily demands to make the show more frequent. We've decided to do this to make our fans happy.

After attracting an audience of over one million viewers with their highly popular and controversial weekly Pop Crunch Show, the celebrity gossip and news show producers announced today they are going daily.

The Pop Crunch Show is a web video show presented by Sarah East and produced by Cowboy Productions. Since the show was launched in November 2007, they have managed to attract an audience of over one million viewers through distribution on the website (http://popcrunch.com), and through third party services such as YouTube and iTunes.

Though the weekly shows have been extremely popular with celebrity gossip fans attracted by the mixture of gossip, humor and news, the audience was thirsty for more. Show producer, Ryan Caldwell, explains "The viewer response to The PopCrunch Show been amazing, we get daily demands to make the show more frequent. We've decided to do this to make our fans happy."

While online video has been increasing in popularity ever since YouTube became such a massive phenomenon, creating a daily online video show is still a very rare thing. Making presenting such a show your full time job is rarer still.

Sarah East, Pop Crunch Show presenter says, "I'm very excited about joining Pop Crunch full-time because I love working on the show. It's a blast, and I am shocked at how much fan support we have and how quickly the viewership has grown. We get so many great and witty comments, particularly on Youtube. It's my dream job."

Going from weekly to daily is taking a big risk, something producer Ryan Caldwell is well aware of, "Going daily means that we're on a nonstop cycle of producing, uploading and promoting the show. When it was a part-time gig, we had some down time to rest and recoup. This is going to be a huge challenge but we think the fans will love it and that makes it worth the effort and the financial risk."

The Pop Crunch show will be daily starting today at PopCrunch.com
