Newly-launched http://www.CandlewoodPlace.com has announced its grand opening, offering a vast selection of handicrafts and decorative items to the Internet audience. "I've always been interested in getting a business going," says store owner Edward Sommer, who is very proud of his online shop.
The eclectic selection available on the site didn't get that way by chance. "I chose most of my products by watching my wife go through catalogs and seeing what she was buying," Edward explains, having chosen the items himself. "I've aimed the products mainly at a female audience, and I get most of my advice from here. They're products that are good for birthdays and special occasions; home products and things like that."
The variety is impressive, and Edward says he aims to keep it that way. "I update the items on a monthly basis, and I choose quality items, hoping that people will see them and want to buy something again." Even the product categories keep evolving. "I want to expand to different product lines like golf clubs, fishing equipment and possibly items used in home repair."
To complement his web store, Edward has also opened a blog at http://www.CandlewoodPlace.net to discuss his products with customers, opening the door for their comments and questions. "I'm going to use my blog to contact people and thank them for doing business with me," says Edward gratefully, "and to talk to them about specials that we might be having, such as half price shipping, sales that are coming up and other specials."
