DeSilva + Phillips represented The TDA Group in the transaction and served as its exclusive financial advisor.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Los Altos, CA, The TDA Group is a leading custom publisher and integrated marketing communications firm serving the global IT industry. The company has long and deep relationships with numerous Top 50 hardware and software vendors. The firm's portfolio of services includes marketing consulting, content development, and graphics design. Products include magazines, collateral, identity, customer reference programs, white papers, direct mail and websites.

TDA's founders, Bob Tabke and Debbie Dawson, will continue their participation in the firm.
