Tampa, FL (PRWEB) March 18, 2008 -- Animus Solutions, a provider of IT asset management and service management consulting announced a new Webinar series on managing progress within a tight IT budget. Stretching the budget requires strategic decision-making to obtain the most value from the assets and systems already in place. This webinar series will offer practical management tips for IT assets, savvy advice on gaining more value from automation, and proactive ways to build budget guardianship into ongoing purchases.

"Coping with demands for service and shrinking budgets at the same time can make you feel like you need a survival course," stated Jenny Schuchert, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Animus Solutions. "But progress can still be made if you know where to look for improvements that don't require a large budget. In these webinars, we will present suggestions for IT managers that can be implemented with a limited budget."

The first webinar, "Strategies for Finding Untapped IT Value" will be held April 10, 2008 at 2 PM. This seminar will feature Jenny Schuchert and guest speaker Walter Darrough of the International Association of IT Asset Managers, Inc.

When asked about the inspiration for his remarks, Darrough explained, "I travel extensively, talking to IT asset managers, IT management and procurement professionals about the problems that they must solve. From my own experiences and these conversations, I will discuss how to qualify options based on factual review and best practices."

Dates and topics for the entire Webinar series are:
