Wynne has been recognized by Limousine Chauffeur Transportation Magazine as the 43rd largest Chauffeured Transportation Services provider based in the United States; with the acquisition of Priority One MotorCoaches, Wynne will become one of the industry's 35 largest providers.

Wynne Sedan & Limousine Group (Wynne) announces the acquisition of Priority One MotorCoaches. Priority One MotorCoaches is a $2,000,000 boutique MotorCoach transportation company specializing in providing chauffeured ground transportation services to the Corporate, Destination Management, Collegiate and Professional Sports teams markets. Bedford S. Wynne, Jr., who is the director of Wynne's Special Events and Convention Services division, views that addition of Priority One as a natural progression in the evolution of Wynne's service offerings.

Wynne was started by his mother Ms. Joan Wynne in 1986 as a vehicle lease management company and has grown to the 34th largest Women Owned Business in Dallas, Texas, as well as being the 43rd largest US-based chauffeured transportation company. Priority One's owner (Mr. Dan O'Meara) as well as his staff will be continuing with the new company. Phillip Capers, Wynne's CFO, states that the two companies Wynne and Priority One will be operated as separate business entities and that Priority One's acquisition will have both a positive top line revenue and bottom-line profit impact on Wynne's 2008 financials. Capers also announced that Wynne will be adopting the same US DOT standards for its limousine, sedan, SUV, van and mini-bus drivers as has been required of Priority One's current motorcoach drivers. Conversely, all Priority One motorcoaches will be retrofitted with passenger seatbelts to meet Wynne's current safety policy of requiring all of its mini-buses to have passenger seatbelts.
