http://www.SelectTechBuys.com has opened a new blog to discuss their GPS selection, giving their customers a venue to ask questions, make suggestions, and leave comments regarding the quality and value of their merchandise.

When Susan Cooper opened http://www.SelectTechBuys.com, she was driven to stay at the head of an emerging market. "I wanted to be into something that was in technology -- up-and-coming, kind of cutting edge," explains Susan. "Within technology I narrowed things down to GPS devices because I had experienced a lot of good things with them, as had my own daughters, family, and friends. I want to be up-to-date with what I do; I wanted to choose a business that would be helpful to people."

In order to ensure that her products are both up-to-date and in demand, Susan has opened a new blog at http://www.SelectTechBuys.net, detailing her products and site changes while inviting customers to give their opinions. "I really want to use my blog to try to connect with my customers," says Susan. "I want to be able to talk to them, and I want them to be able to tell me what they think of the site and my products. I want to be able to use it as a tool to continually refine and update my products."

One major area of interest is the inventory, which Susan looks over carefully. "I do want to carry a large variety, but not have it be so large that customers are overwhelmed in their choices," she explains. "I want to carry the best brands, but have variety and selection within those brands, making it user-friendly and easy to shop without eliminating choice. I tried to specialize and do some of that work for the consumer so they don't have to spend the time narrowing down their choices." Susan says she will be adding some newer GPS products within the next month, which she hopes will draw comment on her blog.

Overall, Susan is hopeful that her new blog will positively influence her site. To that end, she says, "My site is for my customers -- it's for people to find something helpful, just like I did. I want to know that it's serving their needs, and if it's not, I want to fix that."
