With a background in communication Mr. Donaldson focused on marketing and customer service upgrades that would provide a better experience for the Houston express delivery customer.

Moving from the role of Vice President to President of Hot Shot Delivery will be a seamless transition for Mr. Donaldson. Overseeing the day-to-day operations along with future growth planning and service expansion strategies are among the many responsibilities Mr. Donaldson has managed over the years.
