Now, Grains of Montana can ensure the quality of the artisan breads and bakery products served at all locations by baking their products in one location. Grains of Montana announces the ground breaking of their 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art bakery in Billings, MT.
"We are very excited about opening this new, modern bakery," says Franchise Marketing Principal Tom Wilscam. "By operating our own bakery, we can make sure that the whole grain recipes used to craft our artisan breads and bakery products are consistent across all of our stores in an effort to best serve our customers. With this bakery, we are also able to make our made-from-scratch products available to an audience outside of our stores."
Utilizing whole grain recipes made from wheat products exclusively from the Grains of Montana 15,000 acre family farm in Montana, this modern bakery will supply all nationwide Grains of Montana Restaurant and Bakery franchise restaurants. The bakery will also provide wholesale bakery products through national distributors including US Food Service, Sysco Food Service, Food Services of America, and Dawn Food Services.
Grains of Montana Restaurant and Bakery franchise restaurants offer a number of artisan breads made from whole grain recipes, as well as sandwiches and pizzas utilizing the same fresh, quality grains from Nielsen Farms. Two new Grains of Montana stores are currently under construction. The Meridian, ID store is scheduled to open May 2008 and another in Biloxi, MS is set to open in June 2008. The Tucson, AZ location will begin construction in the Fall.
