He said, Daniel Lundstrom, a Florida based real estate investor, and Proyectos, Construcción y Administración, a leading Panamanian developer are the owners of the hotels.

Both Daniel Lundstrom and Proyectos, Construcción y Administración have a stellar reputation in the real estate industry of both the U.S and in Panama. The Benchmark Hospitality International will be the operating partner in all three projects.

The Orchard is being constructed on Aquilino de la Guardia Avenue, largely surrounded by banks, world-class shopping, casinos, fine dining restaurants and a vibrant nightlife - a tourist can not ask for a better place.
