Advertising Creative Jack Goldenberg wanted to create a viral effort to support Barack Obama for President, and in doing so has launched a small business. His original Obama for President wristwatch was so popular at parties and in public that he recently opened an online store selling a line of them. Goldenberg knows a great deal about creating viral campaigns that catch fire as his unique approach to viral marketing helped launch McDonald's Happy Meal, Cabbage Patch Kids dolls, and Pop Rocks candy.

"The goal was to open up discussions about Obama in a laid back way," said Goldenberg. "So I created a viral reminder people could wear on their wrists, sort of a mobile version of You Tube. Ultimately, we're trying to set our country on the right path, and a group of people with synchronized watches demonstrates a united effort to make things better."

Goldenberg's line of five Obama for President watches cater to different aspects of the grassroots mindsets of Obama supporters. From catchy taglines like "Love Your Mama, Vote Obama," to "Time For a Change - We Can Believe," they offer choices that Goldenberg hopes will spur even more conversations.

"I want to convince people that Obama is the right choice, and this watch starts discussions on Obama," noted Goldenberg. "I'm hoping other people can do the same, and come November, we'll be holding up our watches to show that the time for change is now, and we made it happen."

The watches are for sale at http://www.obamawatches.com.
