Michael Apolskis to Speak at Illinois HomeCare Council Conference

Michael Apolskis, health care attorney and publisher of the Medicare Update weblog, will speak at the Illinois HomeCare Council's 2008 Annual Conference & Exposition.

The conference will take place in Oak Brook, Illinois from March 26-28.

During the conference, Mr. Apolskis' presentations will focus on Medicare's recovery audit contractor program, which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to implement in phases beginning in March 2008. Mr. Apolskis' presentations will also focus on recent Medicare program integrity initiatives and the 2008 refinements to the Medicare home health prospective payment system.
