With the new version of ScheduleView appointment-scheduling software, clinics can offer that convenience to their patients.
"Look at it from the patient's perspective," said Selent. "They have to go through the whole process of calling the office, waiting on hold, or leaving voicemails. All they want to do is check to see when their appointment is, or see if they can schedule an appointment a few weeks ahead of time. That's such a tremendous time saver right there."
Steven Blackwood of the Healing Arts Center is one user who's found ScheduleView's medical appointment-scheduling software a worthy investment.
