New Cleavage Covering Bra -- Victoria's Secret is Too Late

A new bra called Figs was born shortly after Victoria's Secret announced it's image was too sexy. The bra allows women to cover cleavage in low cut shirts and dresses. Fortunately, Shanelle Wenell the designer and CEO didn't take a decade to figure out fashion has become too sexy. Shanelle has spent the last three years designing the perfect solution to low plunging necklines.

Shanelle Wenell, the inventor of a new patent pending bra, Figs, announced its birth shortly after Victoria's Secret's chief executive announced VS has become too sexy and irrelevant to their customers.

The CEO announced "I feel so strongly about us getting back to our heritage and really thinking in terms of ultra feminine and not just the word sexy and becoming much more relevant to our customer," in a call to industry analysis.

Thankfully, it didn't take one inventor too long to figure that out. Shanelle Wenell's new bra, Figs, has entered the market place at an optimal time. The bra allows women the option to cover cleavage in low cut clothing, and plunging necklines.

"I would have to agree, with the CEO of Victoria's Secret, fashion in general has fallen away from the idea that a little modesty goes a long way. Today's society has gotten away from femininity with elegance. I knew I couldn't change fashion overnight, but I could give it more relevance to women like myself and that's what the bra aims to do, give women the choice to wear today's fashion with a lot more elegance and sophistication," said Shanelle Wenell.

The Figs bra comes with detachable cami-covers that attach to hooks on the side of the bra and stretch across the chest to cover cleavage. The bra allows women the convenience of covering cleavage without the look of a bulky camisole under slim clothing; a must have for summer. The small camisole-covers, called Figlets, are interchangeable; you can easily change the color and style to fit your wardrobe needs. The Figs Bra will be available to women this summer. Women will be able to choose from solid or lace cami-covers to fit their wardrobe needs and personal style.

"The bra was created out of personal need. After years of saying no to a lot of adorable low-cut shirts, and dresses, I decided it was time to do something about it. The Figs bra is an extension of hard work and patience, and a tribute to my idea of timeless beauty otherwise known as modesty. Eve was the first to cover up in the garden using a fig leaf, and it's time we follow her lead," said Wenell.

You can find the bra at Shanelle is currently taking pre-orders.
