To meet growing client demand, Valtera, a leading provider of human capital consulting and technology, has announced the expansion of its office network and the appointment of Bruce Erenkrantz, Ph.D. to its executive team. Dr. Erenkrantz holds the title of Vice President and Principal, and will assume responsibility for directing Valtera’s west coast consulting operations from a new office in Santa Ana, California.
Dr. Erenkrantz will work with clients to develop and enhance their talent management strategies, including leadership assessment and development, succession planning, and employee engagement. He brings more than 25 years of corporate experience in assessments, surveys, and executive and organizational development to Valtera, most recently as Vice President, Worldwide Associate Assessment and Development at Ingram Micro, Inc. In that role, he had global responsibility for assessments for selection, promotion, and development, corporate succession planning, and the global employee survey process.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Erenkrantz worked for NCR Corporation and 7-Eleven, Inc. (formerly The Southland Corporation).
