Dot2Dot (http://www.dot2.com)], London's first large scale airport transfer service, has announced they will expand further this month with a dedicated Terminal 5 door-to-door transfer service into the capital.
The new service will go direct from Terminal 5 to over 600 hotels as well as corporate and residential addresses across central London and Canary Wharf when Terminal 5 officially opens on the 27th March 2008.
Dot2Dot will be running approximately 16 shuttles an hour during peak times between Heathrow Terminal 5 and central London or Canary Wharf.
Staff will operate a service desk within the arrivals hall of the new terminal, where pre-booked customers will be able to check-in, and where 'walk-ups' will also be able to book onto the next available shuttle.
The decision follows Dot2Dot's recent announcement to further commit to their trade channels by providing a dedicated web portal booking site for agents and trade partners, earning them 10% commission when booking.
David Gibbs, sales director for Dot2Dot said: "We anticipate that our service will meet thousands of eager leisure, business and residential passengers wishing to travel directly from Terminal 5 to Central London or Canary Wharf. Dot2Dot provides a cost-effective, convenient and comfortable way to travel to and from the new terminal for all leisure and business customers".
