PlanOmatic launches Furniture Planner and 3D Renderings application for PhotoPlan Interactive Floor Plan Presentations. PlanOmatic users now have the ability envision themselves and their belongings in a prospective home, as well as view the home as a 3D rendering.

PlanOmatic, one of the nation's leading full-service interactive media and virtual tour providers launched furniture planner and 3D renderings capabilities as a new feature on the PhotoPlan Interactive Floor Plan presentation.

Potential buyers and end users of the PlanOmatic PhotoPlan now have the ability to place furniture on their prospective future home. Furniture available is anything from home office furniture to bedroom and kitchen and more. Flooring options also available for alteration. Users may then save and print their decorated homes.

In addition to adding new furniture planning interactive media, PlanOmatic also offers potential buyers the ability to view their future home in an interactive 3D rendering. Various views of the 3D floor plan are available including bird's eye, top, front and continuous rotation.

"We're always searching for features important to our clients," Kori Covrigaru, CEO of PlanOmatic said. "Features that set our product apart from the competition. Features that help our clients sell real estate. This time around, we really hit the nail on the head. In today's real estate market, the name of the game is keeping potential buyers from moving on to the next listing."

This revolutionary feature now draws even more effective attention to the already impressive PhotoPlan in an effort to keep users always asking "how?". Giving potential buyers the capabilities of envisioning their belongings in a home for sale is a great start to getting what Realtors and sellers need most, an offer.

"We really weren't expecting this to happen so fast," said Aaron Rose, VP of Sales of PlanOmatic said. "I mean, imagine you're searching for a home on the web, and you can see if your bed fits nicely in the Master Bedroom. Having that in addition to the existing professional photographs and detailed floor plans, I can't image a more complete package for the potential buyer."
