Who better to represent an elegant yet sexy look than Patrick Dempsey, AKA Dr, McDreamy? Dempsey will soon be appearing in new TV episodes as well as in Versace Spring/Summer ad campaign.
New York, NY (PRWEB) March 28, 2008 -- Versace has announced they will use Patrick Dempsey to model their fabulous men's clothing in a greatly expanded ad campaign.
Donatella Versace says "Patrick Dempsey is the perfect choice to represent our men's line on a global scale. He is the modern man of today, and of course looks fantastic in the clothes!"
The photos shot by famous photographer, Mario Testino, have Dempsey really showing off the clothing. The actor's signature thick mane is well groomed but natural. He sports a gruffy five o'clock shadow.
The Mister Shop (a leading Chicago men's store) is very pleased with Versace's selection of Dempsey. Their fashion director, Ken Kurtz, says he exudes class, elegance and sexiness- the fundamentals of the Versace line.
In a statement, Dempsey said he was thrilled to be the face of Versace's new campaign. Fashion Week Daily quotes him as referring to Donatello Versace as his "Italian mother".
Dempsey is the latest to pose for Versace. Others have included Jonathan Rhys-Meyers and on the women's side, Demi Moore and Madonna.
