About The Superpro Race Series
The SuperPro Race Series was formed in the fall of 2003 by Paul Zimmerman, Jim Leasure and Bill Lackey. The Michigan, Indiana and Ohio based Series' goal is to expand the use of SuperPro cars and usher in cost controls to the racers themselves through carefully structured and standardized rules and car component design. From the "two tire" rule to the "Big 3 " manufactured crate engine program, SuperPro is all about keeping racer costs down while providing them safety, stability and performance in a proven race car design.

The SuperPro Race Series also provides area racers and teams additional venues at local tracks during their off weekends from other like series. The 2008 season opener is scheduled for May 24 at the Angola, Indiana Motor Speedway.
