For the fifth time, Brayton Purcell will be a sponsor in California for the"Bowl for Kids' Sake," fundraiser. The fundraiser benefits kids involved in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the North Bay.
Novato, CA (PRWEB) March 28, 2008 -- For the fifth time, Brayton Purcell will be a sponsor in California for the "Bowl for Kids' Sake," fundraiser. The fundraiser benefits kids involved in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the North Bay. This year's exciting event takes place March 29 and 30 at the Country Club Bowl in San Rafael, California. Bowl for Kids' Sake is a terrific opportunity to bowl and be a part of a huge community party. There will be free pizza, sodas, t-shirts, and prizes. Team costumes are encouraged! You can sponsor a bowler or bowl yourself. No experience is necessary to take part in this huge community event.
This year, in addition to the law firm's sponsorship donation, Brayton Purcell employees participated in many interesting, company-based events with the proceeds going to Bowl for Kids' Sake. On March 28, the law firm's fearless bowling team, the "Brayton Pinheads," will host the "Pie-In-Your-Face Auction" in which employees can bid on one of our lucky "volunteers." The highest bidder will then be able to rub a whip cream pie in the face of the poor victim!
Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the North Bay is part of a national organization that provides positive, caring role models for children, through quality one-to-one mentoring relationships. It serves over 800 children per year in Marin, Solano, and Napa counties. This year, Brayton Purcell employees hope to raise over $2,000 for this worthy cause. About Brayton Purcell's Community Activities
Brayton Purcell is active in local and national causes, supporting groups such as the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer's Association, the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, the North Bay Children's Center and the Novato Human Needs Center.
