PF Camping Gadgets Introduces the Bakglo Campfire Back Warmer

Share Article has recently launched their new web store to offer innovative and useful items for outdoor enthusiasts. The opening of the site marks the launch of their first product, the Bakglo Campfire Back Warmer.

New web store specializes in gear for campers, hikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts, leaning toward specialized items that combine usefulness and convenience with the kind of durability, portability, and utility required of camping gear. While they are new to the Internet, owners Pierre and Francine LaBelle have been brokers for 25 years, representing different companies to both wholesale and retail outlets.

"Over the years, we knew that the way to go in the near future in selling goods was through the Internet," explains Pierre. "We always wanted to go online, but it took us about a year to find the right product. We didn't want to sell just anything; people who try to sell everything end up failing."

The right product turned out to be the Bakglo Campfire Back Warmer, a lightweight, portable item made of reflective laminate material. The product's function is simple -- it captures the radiant heat of a campfire and reflects it to the back and underside of a folding chair, forcing the heat toward the user to ensure that they are completely warmed. "We wanted to sell something online, and one of our best friends invented this super product that he was selling to retail stores in Ottawa," says Pierre. "He came to us and said, 'Why don't you put my product online?'. We've been using this product for the last 2 years, and we're so much in love with it that we thought, 'This is it.'"

Roughly the same size and weight as a map when folded, the Bakglo met with the exacting standards required by PF Camping Gadgets. In order to get the word out to hikers and campers who will likely see it as an elegant solution to the problem of maintaining warmth, Pierre and Francine opened, allowing their customers to interact with them directly and ask questions about the item. "The way I look at it, the blog is going to be the best source of feedback we have," says Pierre. "It's going to be a tool not only to promote our product, but to make sure that people really do understand what the product is all about. I want to make sure that people understand that it's not only for the campfire, but that it can be used for many other things."

Future products will be added based on their uniqueness and usability. "We want to work around the camping gadgets," says Pierre. "We want to promote not only this product, but other products that will be useful for any trip."

Adds Francine, "We want to work on the needs. We want to be recognized in the camping industry."
