Anything Brands Online, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ANYT) announced today that it has signed letters of intent for the acquisition of Anything RV, Inc. (http://www.anythingrv.com) a Wyoming Corporation and Anything Trucker Inc. (http://www.anythingtrucker.com) a Nevada Corporation.

Anything Brands Online, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ANYT) announced today that it has signed letters of intent for the acquisition of Anything RV, Inc. (http://www.anythingrv.com) a Wyoming Corporation and Anything Trucker Inc. (http://www.anythingtrucker.com) a Nevada Corporation, both companies are online retailers of products and services for Recreational, RV and Transportation Industries.

The completion of each of these acquisitions is subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive acquisition agreement, the completion of legal and financial due diligence and customary closing conditions. The acquisitions are expected to be completed by April 30, 2008.
