Flagstar Announces $100 Gas Card With New Checking Accounts
Consumers can now qualify for a free $100 gas card by opening a new Flagstar checking account with a direct deposit of income.
Troy, MI (PRWEB) April 3, 2008 -- Flagstar Bank has announced a new program offering a free $100 gas card to anyone opening a new checking account with a monthly direct deposit of income of at least $250.*
The offer now is available to new checking account customers who open accounts online at Flagstar.com, as well as new accountholders in Flagstar's banking states of Michigan, Indiana and Georgia.
"With gas prices front and center on everyone's mind, we thought this would be a great way to reward customers for opening a new checking account with us," said David Joyce, director of Marketing for Flagstar Bank. We call it "checking that goes the extra mile."
Flagstar Bank offers a variety of checking accounts ranging from Free Checking to eChecking. Joyce said the gas card is an added bonus for opening one of Flagstar's highly competitive checking accounts.

For a limited time, open a new personal checking account with an automatic, recurring direct deposit of at least $250 per month, and we'll give you a $100 gas card within 30 days after the first recurring direct deposit. Minimum opening deposit is $50. Direct deposit must be established within first 60 days of account opening. All accounts must remain open and active for a minimum of six months.
