The Freeway to the Final Table at the World Series of Poker Awaits Courtesy of Bodog Poker and PokerNews

Melbourne, Vic (PRWEB) April 3, 2008 -- Bodog Poker (http://www.pokernews.com/bodog/) have launched their Freeway to the Final Table (http://www.pokernews.com/news/2008/03/bodog-poker-freeway-to-the-final-table.htm) promotion giving players ample opportunity to win their way to the World Series of Poker*. As always, PokerNews has worked hard to ensure their players receive exclusive rights at this not-to-be-missed promotion.

There are two ways players can get on board -- the first being the PokerNews WSOP Semi-Final Freerolls kicking off every Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning April 4. Both Monday and Wednesday freerolls start at 20:00 EST with Friday freerolls beginning at 22:00 EST. The winner of these freerolls receive T$270 (entry into one of Bodog Poker's WSOP Semi-Final Tournaments) and the top five finishers each receive entry to the following $12,000 Team PokerNews Freeroll. Interested players should download Bodog Poker through PokerNews, sign up a new account, make a deposit and enter password PNWSOPSFF.

The second option is via the PokerNews $10+1 Qualifiers. These qualifiers are scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday at 20:00 EST beginning April 3. The top ten winners of these qualifiers receive entry to the next $12,000 Team PokerNews Freeroll. To enter, players must download Bodog Poker through the links on PokerNews, open a new account, make a deposit and enter password PN11FQ.

The first $12,000 Team PokerNews Freeroll will kick off on Friday May 9 at 20:15 EST. To be eligible, download Bodog Poker through PokerNews, sign up a new account, make a deposit and earn 250 Bodog Poker Points in the calendar month prior to the freeroll. Alternatively, if players finished in the top five of a PokerNews WSOP Semi-Final Freeroll tournaments or in the top ten of the PokerNews $10+1 Qualifiers, then they automatically receive registration to this freeroll. All entry requirements should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the start of every freeroll.

Winners of a $12,000 Team PokerNews Freeroll receive entry to the $10,000 Main Event (July 3), plus $2,000 for travel and accommodation. Winners automatically join the ranks of Team Bodog giving them many perks including a personal handler to help with their game, access to the VIP Players Lounge, a Bodog Poker merchandise pack, and invites to Player's Club Evenings giving players the chance to party away at the hottest parties in Las Vegas. On top of that, PokerNews will also extend a special invite to the Team PokerNews Welcome Party held at an exclusive venue in Las Vegas.

These freerolls and tournaments are exclusive to PokerNews players. Players who already have existing accounts with Bodog Poker are still eligible to compete provided they signed up through PokerNews and have fulfilled all other entry requirements.
