The new law means that a failure of any organisation with regard to its duty of care for a staff member or related worker which results in the death of that worker, can result in the employing company being found guilty of corporate manslaughter.
KoolTrax Mobile™ is software that allows employers to see where employees are in real-time, using their mobile phone. The employee can also "clock-in" and "clock-out" remotely. The mobile phone position is then visible to the employer so that their employees can be tracked, either locally or internationally, on a continuous basis. A record is kept of all movements with date, time and position data for referencing purposes.
