Bynum, former Special Advisor to the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), as Director of Business Development focused on Information Operations (IO) and Strategic Communication (SC) initiatives. Prior to his retirement as a USAF Colonel, Mr. Bynum was assigned to the Pentagon, where he was Special Advisor to the Director for Plans and Policy, and National Capital Region IO/SC Advisor to the Commander, Joint IO Warfare Command. His military service was highlighted by his tour as head of Central Command's (USCENTCOM) IO Division during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation IRAQI Freedom.
