Voting is now open for the 2008 North American 3PL Awards, which will see shippers throughout the USA decide which companies offer the best 3PL services in their industry.

Shippers are invited to cast their votes online for the 3PL they consider to be the best at http://www.eyefortransport.com/3pl/awards.shtml. Voting will close on 1 May 2008 - the voting will then re-open for the short-listed candidates.

The 3PL Awards have been designed as an opportunity for logistics service providers to be recognized for their contributions to specific industry verticals. To achieve this the awards are split into seven different industry specific categories. eyefortransport urges shippers to vote for the best 3PL providing services in Fresh Food Supply Chains, Retail Goods, Industrial Supply Chain, Hi-Tech + Electronics, Chemical + HazMat, Consumer Goods and the Automotive Industries. The winners will be announced at a glittering gala dinner at the fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta on 24 June 2008 in the opulent splendor of the Egyptian Ballroom. eyefortransport expects over 200 people to gather to recognize the 3PLs that continuously deliver great logistics operations and a superior service to customers.

All eligible voters (those using 3PL services) will be entered into a prize draw, where five voters will have the choice of a complementary pass to both the eyefortransport 3PL Summit and the Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony in Atlanta ($2495 value) or they can choose to receive the comprehensive 120+ page North American 3PL Report ($1995 value).
